Victoria Veterans  Council responded favorably to Our small application (for Greater-Dandenong areas)
We are embracing to bring it to  a state / nationwide project that need your help to make our dream come true.
Our idea is simply as :
The AZAC symbol used in our application is strange to many, specially to new settlers  and  new migrants.
To them ANZAC simply a holiday which banks, public offices, large stores, schools  . . . closed; worker getting pay without having to work.
We want to make ANZAC symbol to become a friendly & familiar like that of Santa Clause.
Teaching children history with craft activities is an art.
Giving them Australian  patriotism is the most importance so that they will contribute to the growth and security of our nation, and be ready to sacrifice their lives to protect our country when needed.
This is the mission of all educators.
The Anzac lanterns will have Anzac color symbol printed on one side, other side is student artwork as seen in enclosed photos .
The scaling is very large project comparing to our Victoria Veterans Council approved  budget: schools will receive cards for Anzac lanterns.
The use of lanterns is unlimited, depend on practical imagination of teachers and principals.
(decoration in classrooms, internal ceremony, local or Swanton walk on Australia Day or Anzac Day, or in international events )

We had Anzac Biscuit.
Now YOU will add lantern to Anzac events
